Terms of use
Last updated: 5 November 2026
1.Accepting the terms
Using Certyar means accepting these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site.
2.What Certyar offers
Certyar offers practice in LanguageCert Academic's format, AI feedback on Writing and Speaking, and full mocks. Certyar is not affiliated with LanguageCert or PeopleCert; it doesn't run the official test or issue certificates.
3.Scores are estimates
Certyar's scores and feedback are estimates and may be wrong. No score or feedback on Certyar guarantees a result in the real test.
4.Your account
Each mobile number has one account and one free trial. An account is personal and isn't to be shared. Don't give your login code to anyone; what is done with your account is your responsibility.
5.Subscriptions and payment
Each plan's price is shown in toman before you pay, and payment goes through the ZarinPal gateway. A subscription starts when you pay, or when your current one ends, and doesn't renew by itself.
A change of a plan's price or terms applies to purchases from then on; what you bought keeps its terms.
6.Refunds
Within 3 days of paying, if you haven't used the subscription at all (no AI feedback received and no full mock started), we refund the whole amount.
Once a subscription has been used, or after 3 days, it can't be refunded, unless a problem on Certyar's side kept you from using it.
Send your request with the payment's reference number through the ways on the About and contact page. The money goes back to the card you paid with within 7 working days.
7.Content
Certyar's questions, texts, recordings and articles belong to Certyar and may not be copied or published without permission. Your answers and recordings belong to you and are used only to give you this service.
8.Misuse
Trying to gain access you aren't given, disrupting the site or using it automatically in bulk is not allowed and may lead to the account being closed.
9.Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from when it is published on this page.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
