1.What we keep

Your mobile number and name; your practice answers, Writing texts, Speaking recordings and their transcripts; and your payments (amount, reference number and the card number, masked).

The first page you saw on the site and the name of the site you came from, so we know how people find Certyar.

2.Where it is kept

All of it is kept on Certyar's servers in Iran. Recordings are transcribed on those servers and don't leave them.

3.Who it is shared with

To make feedback, only the text of your answer and the task, without your name or mobile, is sent to the AI service.

Login codes and reminders that your period is ending, which you can turn off on your profile, are sent through an SMS service, and payments are made in the ZarinPal gateway; we never see your full card details.

We don't sell or give your information to anyone else, unless the law requires it.

4.Cookies

Certyar's cookies only keep you signed in and remember how the site looks (theme and menu). The first page you saw and the site you came from stay in your own browser until you log in, and are saved when your account is made. There are no outside tracking or advertising tools on the site.

5.Security

The site is reached encrypted (HTTPS), login codes work once, and files open only from short-lived signed addresses.

6.Deleting your information

You delete your account yourself, from your profile page. Your account, answers, feedback and recordings are erased; payment records stay for as long as the law requires, without your name or mobile.

Only an encrypted trace of your mobile stays, so the free trial isn't given twice; the number itself can't be read from it.

Database backups last no more than 14 days; after that, what was deleted is gone from them too.

7.Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
